As an Affiliate Manager, you will craft and execute affiliate marketing strategies, manage affiliate relationships, and drive revenue growth for our clients. This role is pivotal in conducting competitive analysis and content audits to understand market dynamics and positioning our clients competitively in the affiliate space.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Strategy:

  • Support implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through affiliate marketing.
  • Perform competitive analysis to understand the affiliate market landscape for our clients, assessing what competitors are doing and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
  • Establish and maintain affiliate program policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Affiliate Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring effective promotion of our clients' products and services.
  • Conduct content audits to ensure our clients' offerings are effectively positioned in the market.
  • Pitch to eCommerce editors to secure placements in product roundups and content features.

Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement tactics to elevate revenue through affiliate marketing, focusing on increasing sales through content and affiliate platforms.
  • Analyze affiliate performance data for optimization and improvement opportunities.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Regularly analyze and report on affiliate performance and market trends to provide insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Spearhead reports and performance recaps, responsible for updating reports and all necessary internal and external reporting documents.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and opportunities to enhance program performance.

Team Collaboration and Development:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Affiliate Managers, fostering a creative and positive team environment.
  • Contribute to the training and development of team members, aligning with the agency’s vision and goals.

Business Development:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
  • Support the leadership in developing and implementing business development strategies.

Industry Engagement:

  • Keep on top of industry trends and best practices, contributing to thought leadership in the affiliate marketing space.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing affiliate networks.
  • Experience with major affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, CJ Affiliate, and Pepperjam, including implementing new programs and onboarding affiliates.
  • Knowledge in onboarding diverse affiliate sites, including loyalty programs and card-linked offers.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive analysis and content audits.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to pitch to eCommerce editors to secure placements.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices to best serve our clients and drive revenue.
