SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

A Senior Account Executive for Autumn Communications is responsible for overall strategy for clients, as well as managing account teams on a day-to-day basis. Senior Account Executives are the trusted partner and point of contact for mid-level clients working with account leadership to deliver optimal results and ensure the team is performing in a cohesive manner. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and accountable leader who is able to build relationships with clients and teams. 

 Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Create and write effective pitches to continuously secure media coverage in the form of meaningful features and thought leadership opportunities.

  • Develop and execute effective strategic PR plans tailored to each client. 

  • Consistently ensure media coverage meets and exceeds client objectives.

  • Assist with executing creative campaigns, driving results as per client and company expectations.

  • Oversee media strategies in alignment with client objectives; identify and resolve when strategies aren’t working or the situations change.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and network with colleagues and clients.

  • Ensures client requests are fulfilled, delivered on time and are value producing.

  • Train, manage and provide guidance to junior team members.

Education/ Experience:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree

  • 4 – 5 years of industry experience
