SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
A Senior Account Executive for Autumn Communications is responsible for overall strategy for clients, as well as managing account teams on a day-to-day basis. Senior Account Executives are the trusted partner and point of contact for mid-level clients working with account leadership to deliver optimal results and ensure the team is performing in a cohesive manner. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and accountable leader who is able to build relationships with clients and teams.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Create and write effective pitches to continuously secure media coverage in the form of meaningful features and thought leadership opportunities.
Develop and execute effective strategic PR plans tailored to each client.
Consistently ensure media coverage meets and exceeds client objectives.
Assist with executing creative campaigns, driving results as per client and company expectations.
Oversee media strategies in alignment with client objectives; identify and resolve when strategies aren’t working or the situations change.
Ability to build and maintain relationships and network with colleagues and clients.
Ensures client requests are fulfilled, delivered on time and are value producing.
Train, manage and provide guidance to junior team members.

Education/ Experience:
High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree
4 – 5 years of industry experience
