ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

An Account Supervisor for Autumn Communications is responsible for overall strategy for clients, as well as managing account teams on a day-to-day basis.  Account Supervisors serve as liaisons between the company and the account teams and are a trusted voice with senior level clients. Account Supervisors add value by critically thinking about strategies months out while striving to solve client’s larger business problems.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Act as team leader, managing multiple team members on each account to ensure they are completing assigned tasks in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Ability to run mid-level accounts as the designated team lead.

  • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with high-level national print and broadcast media contacts important to clients. 

  • Maintain regular and proactive communication with senior and mid-level clients to ensure client satisfaction. 

  • Consistently ensure media coverage meets and exceeds client objectives.

  • Lead client projects, driving results as per client and company expectations.

  • Regularly seek out opportunities to network and expose the company at events and happenings that help raise the profile of the company, as well as increase opportunities for new business development.

  • Guide all team members on PR best practices in media relations, research, writing and reporting.

  • Support agency initiatives including new business outreach, upselling strategies and business development.

Education/ Experience:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 – 7 years of industry experience
